Inclusive is not an adjective, it transforms development: A post-growth interpretation of Inclusive Development

چکیده
The 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda rests on both economic growth and Inclusive (ID). However, since is entangled with socio-ecological exploitation appropriation, it conflicts ID where ‘inclusive’ encompasses social, ecological relational dimensions, fundamentally redefines ‘development’. Using Toulmin’s argumentative model, we show that: (a) inclusive green does not promote inclusion ignores inclusion, as cannot be optimized towards those broader aims; (b) policies for through pro-poor ‘access’ without ‘re-allocation’ of resources are self-defeating, inequitable allocation wealth a limited environmental utilization space impoverishes the poor transfers risks to them; (c) requires post-growth agenda involving downscaling overconsumption overaccumulation by global Centers, redefinition development Peripheries; (d) such an obstructed unequal distribution political power. only way forward when science social movements converge demand system change streets in courts.
